We utilize surgically sterile, single-use stainless-steel needles to realign the energetic pathways of your body - pathways that encompass nerve roots, blood and other bodily fluids, electrical impulses, and biomagnetic wavelengths. Acupuncture needles are inserted into specific points, which are part of a comprehensive web that spans the entire human body. When the body is out of balance - physically, emotionally, or spiritually - these intricate workings can create a cascading effect of pathological health conditions. Acupuncture utilizes this web to promote healing by properly redirecting the natural flow of energy within the person.

We come to you: experience an acupuncture treatment with all the health benefits, in the comfort of your own home.

Herbal therapy has been utilized for centuries so we have an accurate system under which herbal therapy is prescribed. And unlike the prescription process in Western medicine, herbs are used based on how the body is expressing the issue (what we call in Chinese medicine the ‘presenting pattern’). One patient coming in complaining of sciatica may be given a formula that is completely different from the next person coming in with the exact same complaint. In herbal therapy, it’s not a one size fits all approach: it’s individualized to meet the specific needs of the patient.

By eliciting a strong suction (either by pulling the air out with a pump, or burning it out with fire), tight muscles are stretched and relaxed. We use multiple processes to achieve this suction: a process called fire cupping, a process that involves manual-pump suction, and we also use a MediCupping™ machine for facial cupping and sliding cups (more similar to a massage).

The therapeutic benefit of cupping lies in the fact that when muscles naturally relax, there is a subsequent decrease in pressure on nerves, bones, joints, and connective tissues.

If you're looking to get out of the cycle of desire/fulfillment/seeking-greener-grasses - and we mean truly looking to break that cycle - then the coaching offered at the Center is right for you.

Chinese Medicine thinks about food in a few different ways, and most of them interact with the person as an individual. We focus on clean and whole foods because our focus is on clean and whole human beings. We are what we eat, and what is now provided to us by a for-profit industry is largely not whole and largely not clean. Encased in plastic, our food has gone from a birthright to something of which we need to be conscious consumers.

Energy Work

Qi Gong is a set of mental and physical exercises that cultivate and circulate Qi, the energy of the body. Medical Qi Gong, also known as Practitioner Facilitated Qi Gong, is where the practitioner guides the patient through the exercise as well as being the impetus behind the energy of the patient moving.

There are proven benefits to deeper breathing, focusing on your breath, and the role of breath in meditation

Breathwork taps into the natural healing capacity of your own body, but it encourages you to use it in a way that allows you to harness your emotional power - instead of being ruled by it.

Acupuncture increases blood flow to the uterus, balances mom-to-be's system so she sleeps better, eats better, and feels her body more clearly, and it helps to even out hormonal issues and regulate the menstrual cycle. It's also been proven to increase the efficacy of IVF and IUI (especially during the luteal phase and on the day of embryo transfer).

And it's not just for women: men with reduced sperm activity may benefit from acupuncture treatment.

Beauty and Anti-Aging

Our 90 minute treatments begin with a comprehensive intake - facial acupuncture isn't just needles in your face, after all. What you eat, how you metabolize food, events, and toxins in your environment are all marked on your face. Regular treatments allow your body to best discern what should be kept, transformed, and used. Consistent treatments also train the body and mind to discard processes and patterns that do not serve the best in us.

A facial cupping treatment allows for increased lymph flow and boosts collagen
